Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are trying to settle their divorce before it gets to court. The superstar couple reportedly had their lawyers working all weekend, trying to hash out an agreement about financial matters and, more importantly, custody of their 6-year-old Suri. And now, they've released a joint statement asking for privacy as they hammer out the details.
